Here is the plan that can revive the spiritual awakening that our country so desparately needs.  All Christians should read this document, and I believe that all should sign.  I have signed the document and have spoken with several of the draft writers of this document.  It is a remarkable achievement to be able to bring together the Christian community and declare in all our divine diversity that we will give unto Caesar what is Caesar’s, but in no circumstances will we give unto Caesar what is God’s.  Go to http://manhattandeclaration.org/

Dr. Holliday will be one of the guest speakers at this event.  Governor Barbour’s staff will also be there to answer questions from the audience.  This should be a unique event and everyone is invited to attend.

Update:  We had a good crowd at the meeting and the representative from Congressman Harper’s office showed up and did a very good job of answering the questions that he knew.  Some questions did not get answered the way the questioner  wanted.  But the governor’s representaitve was a no show.  Many disappointed patriots were up in arms about this matter.  Someone from the governor’s office was promised to be there and they didn’t show.  These patriots came out on a beautiful fall afternoon and missed great SEC football action to be there—and the governor’s representative did not ever show up.  But the meeting was successful in that many people came with questions and hopefully got to take home some passion for the cause.
