Republican Brown New Senator for Massachusetts!

Unbelievable!  Who would have thought that a Republican would take Ted Kennedy’s seat—excuse me I mean the seat reserved for the people of Massachusetts.  Nothing is impossible.  Now if the Democratic leadership tries to ram this health care boondoggle down America’s throat, then they had better understand that the tea party rallies will make sure that NLLS will be activated.  NLLS means No Liberal Left Standing.  May they all fall like dominos.  Adios.

Does Travis Childers Believe in Transparency?

From Yall Politics  http://yallpolitics.com/index.php/yp/post/20722/

No Surprise Here, Travis Childers Blocking Transparency on Healthcare

Signing Petition Would Force Lawmakers to Vote on Broadcasting Healthcare Debate
Washington- After days of mounting frustration stemming from Democrats’ shady closed-door negotiations on healthcare, Republicans filed a discharge petition on a bi-partisan bill in an attempt to force televised healthcare talks. Rather than hammering out details between the Senate and House versions of the healthcare bill before the watchful eye of the American public, Democrats have resorted to these backroom meetings in an attempt to skirt around the legislative process, causing public uproar. Now, Travis Childers is refusing to sign on to the petition, once again missing an opportunity to put his money where his mouth is.
“House Republicans will file a discharge petition Wednesday to try to force a vote on a bipartisan resolution that calls on Congressional leaders to publicly broadcast the final health care negotiations.
“Rep. Vern Buchanan (R-Fla.) will file the petition for his nonbinding resolution, which calls for “any conference committee or other meetings held to determine the final content of sweeping national health care legislation be held in full public view and not behind closed doors.” The measure has 151 co-sponsors, including three Democrats: Reps. Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), Gene Taylor (Miss.) and Heath Shuler (N.C.).
“’The resolution bashes Democratic leaders over ‘a disturbing pattern of House leadership skirting open access by allowing small groups of conference committee members to meet privately.’ The push for open negotiations comes after C-SPAN asked to broadcast the final health care negotiations live and in their entirety. Democratic leaders have demurred.” (Jennifer Bendery, “GOP to File Discharge Petition to Broadcast Health Care Talks,” Roll Call, 1/12/2010)
After numerous promises from his party leaders to have the ‘most honest and open congress in history’, Childers’ utter disregard for transparency should come as a shock to the Mississippians who voted him into office:
“‘Drain the swamp’ means to turn this Congress into the most honest and open Congress in history. That’s my pledge — that is what I intend to do,’ Pelosi stated in an interview with NBC’s Brian Williams.” (Brian Williams, “Rep. Pelosi poised to make history,” NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, 11/08/2006)
“Travis Childers has the perfect opportunity to put his money where his mouth is by signing this commonsense measure to follow through on President Obama’s promise to televise healthcare negotiations for the public to view,” said NRCC Communications Director Ken Spain. “It should be a no-brainer for Travis Childers to make good on Democrats’ pledges to provide the transparency Mississippians so desperately want. Mississippians have every right to be outraged that Travis Childers is once again allowing his party to rush their reckless healthcare agenda through Congress and behind closed doors.”

WOW! Look at Massachusetts’s Senate Race

Senator Scott Brown and FamilySpecial election for Ted Kennedy’s seat in Massachusetts.  State Senator Scott Brown, Republican, is gaining ground on the Democrat in Massachusetts!  If elected he could unravel the healthcare boondoggle!  Check out his site, pray, and call everyone you know in Massachusetts and convince them that the corruption, kickbacks, and state versus states  incentives have gone too far.  Send a message for the little people, stand up like Sam Adams would stand up!  Let’s make the liberals squirm.  The far left wingers may even have to  change undergarments if he gets elected.

Global Warming?

Read this excerpt from Great Britain.  Everyone needs to better understand the degree of deception that certain so called scientists are forcing onto this planet.  Once again, bring all scientific data forward and let EVERYONE know how the data was gathered and make sure that these predicitions can be independently verified by independent statistics!  If it cannot be reproduced then keep it out of the public domain!

Excerpt

A period of humility and even silence would be particularly welcome from the Met Office, our leading institutional advocate of the perils of man-made global warming, which had promised a “barbecue summer” in 2009 and one of the “warmest winters on record”. In fact, the Met still asserts we are in the midst of an unusually warm winter — as one of its staffers sniffily protested in an internet posting to a newspaper last week: “This will be the warmest winter in living memory, the data has already been recorded. For your information, we take the highest 15 readings between November and March and then produce an average. As November was a very seasonally warm month, then all the data will come from those readings.”
